COLLECTIVE IMAGINATION (partnership with JRF).

We will re-imagine York in 2040, looking forwards to a just and equitable future when our people and our natural environment are flourishing. We will describe what we can see, hear, and smell as we walk around the City, reflecting on the journey that brought us to this moment.
